Various carriers

Shipping will be handled through various carriers. In general all orders should arrive within 7 business days for orders in the domestic United states. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. For international orders please contact us here for special shipping rates and times. The shipping rates that are applied at checkout are for the United States only. Keep in mind that bad weather or other circumstances may delay your order 1 to 2 days. If ordering from outside of the continental us here please contact us for a shipping estimate

Return policy
Defective item policy |
We will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We will refund any unused items at 100% of the purchase price. If you do return an item, expect to get your refund within 4 weeks at the most if not sooner. Any items returned after 30 days or in used condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective item in your order please email info@liotec.com and request a replacement unit. We will send out a return package. Once we receive the defective unit we will ship out a replacement.
